The Homewood Arts Council (HAC) welcomes Glenn Kotche, to its debut interview series, Getting In Tune, for an in-depth conversation on his time as drummer for the Chicago-based band Wilco over the past 20-years and life as a musician. The Grammy award-winning band has logged close to thirty-years since Jeff Tweedy formed the band after the dissolution of Uncle Tupelo. The band’s 12th studio album, Cruel Country, was just released last year. Kotche, a native of Roselle, IL, has enjoyed a successful solo career and has worked with artists such as Jim O’Rourke, Ed O’Brien (Radiohead) and Paul K. & The Weathermen. Kotche is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
